My name is Dirk Hartmann, I comefrom Germany, and my Chinese name is Zhang Ke. I fell in love with Chinese history and culture during the period of China's reform and opening-uppolicy. After graduating from high school, I began to learn Mandarin and Classical Chinese in Trier, Germany, the hometown of Karl Marx.I came to China for the first timein 1987 at the age of 21, having just won a scholarship from thegovernmentof thePeople's Republic of China to study attheWuhan University. At 21 years old,I only knewlittle Chinese and even lessaboutChina.TheWuhanUniversity arranged a welcome party for freshmen and invited us foreign students to attend.Ourteacher taught us the first song, "WithoutThe Communist PartyThereWouldBeNoNew China", we performed successfully, but at that time the lyricswere difficult to understand,however,Ikept them in my heart andnever forgotthem.Several decades later, in 2011, I came totheXi 'anFanyi University, and now I live in Taiyigong near Xi’an, where the mountainsaregreen andthewaters areclear. I have witnessed firsthand the changes in China over the past decade. Today I want to look at the20thCPC National Congress through the lyrics of thesong "WithoutThe Communist Party,ThereWouldBeNoNew China".“No New China without the Communist Party”: The Communist Party of China was founded in 1921 by a younger generation with the goal of liberating China from all the foreign powers that controlled the motherland. They sacrificed their lives for the good of the country.Under the leadership of Chairman Mao the CPC made the heroes’dream come true. TheNew China was founded on October 1, 1949. The CPChadliberated the old China, and theNew China stood up!“The Communist Party toils for the nation”: In 2017 I joined the so called “Shuangbai Project”which General Secretary Xi Jinping had put forward to alleviate poverty in the country.Under the leadership of theCPC, countless people gave their all, not only to help people in poor areas lead a better life, but also to be more optimistic about the future prospects. As timewentby, I witnessed people's lives getting better and better. Few other countries in the world have the capacity to do that. The unity of the Chinese people can really move mountains. From the depths of myredheart, I wishthe 20th CPC National Congressvictorious success! 大家好！ 我是来自德国的Dirk Hartmann，中文名叫张克。在中国改革开放的时候，我爱上了中国的历史和文化，高中毕业后在卡尔·马克思的故乡——德国特里尔市，开始学习普通话和文言文。1987年，我第一次来到中国。当时我才21岁，刚刚获得中国政府提供的奖学金，到武汉大学学习。21岁的我中文懂得很少，中国懂得就更少了。武汉大学给新生安排了一个迎新晚会，也请了我们这些外国留学生参加。老师教了我们第一首中文歌——《没有共产党就没有新中国》。我们的演出很成功，但在当时，我们并不理解歌词的含义。然而，我把它们记在了心里，从未忘记。 几十年后，也就是在2011年，我来到了西安翻译学院。现在，我住在西安的太乙宫，这里山青水绿。而我也亲眼见证了中国这十年来的变化。今天，我想从《没有共产党就没有新中国》这首歌来看二十大。 “没有共产党就没有新中国”。1921年，一群中国青年创立了中国共产党，他们的目标是把中国从外国的羁轭下解放出来。他们为国家的利益牺牲了自己的生命。在毛主席的领导下，中国共产党实现了这些英雄的梦想。1949年10月1日，中华人民共和国成立了。中国共产党解放了“旧”中国，“新”中国站起来了！ “共产党辛劳为民族”。2017年我参与了习近平总书记提出的精准扶贫“双百工程”工作。在中国共产党的领导下，无数的人倾情付出，不仅帮助贫困地区的人民过上了更好的生活，而且使他们对未来的前景更加积极乐观。随着时间的推移，我见证了人们的生活越来越好。世界上很少有其他国家有能力做到这一点。中国人民的团结力量真的可以“移山”。中国共产党是为人民奋斗的政党！它改变了人民的生活！ “共产党它一心救中国”。旧时中国饱受列强欺凌。殖民主义国家对中国进行剥削，不尊重人的生命。今天，中国是一个自信的大国。它伸出友谊之手，帮助其他国家；它时刻保护人们的生命；它为中华民族的复兴奋进。中国共产党把中国变强了，“一心救了中国”！ 在习近平总书记提出的人类命运共同体和“一带一路”倡议下，中国必将走向光明。 我发自内心，祝贺二十大胜利召开！
